Focusing on the good things of this morning:-
James really loves the Teddy Bears Picnic song, and The Hungry Caterpillar book and jigsaw. So today we decided that we would go shopping for for a Teddy Bears Picnic lunch, eating the food that The Hungry Caterpillar ate in the story.
We went for a nice walk first, stopping off at the big supermarket to get the said items, then onto the library (another hoo-hah with the self scanning service!) then home for the picnic.
The picnic included:-melon, chocolate cake, sausages, cheese, lollies, muffins, cherry pie, pickle, and some other things:-
We also had to sing "Teddy Bears Picnic" about 10 times!
Blessings
