Swans, cement, Big Macs and a possible house sale!

Bank Holiday Monday

Mike was on a split shift today so nothing major planned.

My parents popped over and we ended up catching the bus with them in Exeter - a momentous occasion for my Dad as it was his first time using his buss pass, now that he is an old geezer.

Went to Maccy D's of course,  James got some chinos and looks extra extra cute.Finished off with a visit to ShakeAWay.

Tuesday

Older two back at school (sniff), and Mike's day off.

After major tidy up, James wanted to to do some learning, so he went through his Alphabet book making the appropriate letter sounds as we went along, very impressed.

We then went to The Quay in Exeter to feed the ducks.  Strange though as we only saw one duck, but lots of swans, some of them a bit scary.

Once home we had a phone call from the Estate Agents to say that our last viewers had made an offer,  a lot less than the asking price.  She would like to offer more apparently, but her husband is reluctant to go any higher, but he hasn't seen the house.  She really likes it wants him to see it, so they will be viewing this coming weekend.

Lots of cleaning up from now until then.

My Dad popped round with a bucket full of cement to fill in some cracks in our pavement.  James was over the moon with this and put his workman's hat on to help.

Must mention as well that today it didn't rain!!!!!
